Bluebird Development LLC, Bloomington Realty Group Dishonest, Fraudalent Real Estate Broker Andrew Sjolund Needs To Reported Here Bloomington Minnesota

I am a realestate investor and I listed a house for sale in Plymouth, MN. A individual named Andrew Sjolund owner of Bluebird Development LLC and a real estate broker for Bloomington Realty Group responded to an add and we did a contract for deed so he could rehab and sell the house. There was a purchase agreement and a contract for deed written up signed and notarized. I offered Andy the opportunity to go into the house a week early and start demo. He was to pay me a monthly interest only payment on the 15th of every month until the house was sold. There was other terms in the contract that he also breached. He never sent me the payment and had the nerve to ask me to buy the house back from him. He also was not supposed to relist the property and flip it to anybody else but he breached that part of the contract as well. He bought the house as is with a signed legal contract but is not living up to the terms. I appeal to everyone who comes into contact with this man, do not do business with him. He has no intentions of honoring our contract. This man is a fraud and a fake.
