Bluegreen ruined my career. They have been taking money out of opc paychecks (marketing). We checked it out and discovered that customer service is coaching the customer if they want a refund and are out of their legal refund entitlement. The customers actually reported this.

An investigation was started when this information was reported to Jeff Martin, company president and he resigned weeks later. All documentation was provided and no one in corporate will respond.

In addition, the company no longer sells getaways to many of their locations and people who bought the mini vacations are cancelling (outside of legal cancellation times) because the destination they purchaced is no longer available. The opc reps in marketing are getting that commission taken out of their checks.

This company is a pathetic mess and I feel they are ruining the lives of the employees that remain. We just can't make a living at it when they find sneaky and possibly illegal ways to take back our hard earned money. We work in a very stressful situation and earned every penny.

So many of us are just barely getting by when we used to make a decent living. Most of the people at our location are sleeping on a friend's couch or living with family and/or can't afford to keep a car.

Many of us were recruited from other companies and have been loyal to Bluegreen, sacrificing personal interests for the good of the company.

This company has not been good to us. It's funny that the vice president resigned shortly after the investigation of possible fraudulent action against employees. I feel as if the company has stolen money out of our pockets.
