Have a question concerning a timeshare.
I purchased a timeshare in 2003 from Blue green Resorts in July 2005 I upgraded and bought more points. Yesterday I received a packet from them with the recorded warranty deed copy of the mortgage the original unsigned copy of the Hud settlement statement dated July 11 2005 and a letter asking me to sign the Hud settlement statement and send it back.
I was unaware of the settlement statement and was not told of it at the closing and seen it until now. I called the number on the letter they basically told me they violated federal laws by doing this but they were not going to do anything about it and would not discuss it.
Is there anything I can legally do about this.
