The name of the company I have contracted with is BlueHippo Capital, LLC, their processing center is at 7000 Security Boulevard, Baltimore, Maryland and their phone number is 800-383-6557. I have given BlueHippo the ok to draft my checking account numbered ########### at Washington Mutual Bank for my Activation payment of $99.00 to be drafted on 7/24/2009 and I agreed to have those funds available in my account. I have also given BlueHippo the ok to then draft 52 consecutive weekly layaway payments of $38.00 beginning on 7/31/2009 drafting on Fridays until I have paid in full at which point my new Laptop including all accessories will be $2,075.00. Provided I make my payments as agreed, the total price is $2,075.00 all of which is completely included in my weekly payment. I understand that it will take 5-7 business days for my payments to clear my bank and be posted to my BlueHippo Account, and that my bank statement serves as my receipt for each payment. I understand to get my purchase out of layaway before I pay in full I will need to show that I am credit worthy by paying as agreed. After Ive paid my Activation payment and a minimum of 13 consecutive weeks worth of payments have been posted to my account and Ive sent the signed Sales Order, a voided check or savings deposit slip, and this Layaway Agreement back, BlueHippo will offer to finance my balance. I understand that after Ive met these conditions and my information has been verified by BlueHippo, I will be sent a second set of documents that include my Retail Installment Contract and Address Verification Form. Only after Ive agreed to those terms and sent those completed forms back, can BlueHippo finance the balance of my purchase and process my merchandise for shipment. I understand that I can always continue on the layaway plan if I prefer, and that acceptance of my Layaway Agreement does not require acceptance of the Retail Installment Agreement. I understand that shipping and handling may take another 3-4 weeks after my payment and paperwork requirements have been met. I understand that a missed payment, even if it is after Ive been approved for financing but before shipment, will cause an automatic delay in my financing and computer shipment. I also understand that there will be a bounced check fee of $0.00 if my payment is rejected or returned by my bank for any reason, I understand the payment terms described and, that whether financed or not, its important for all of my consecutive payments to be made on time in order to qualify for any rebate (forms can be obtained by logging onto my account at www.BlueHippo.com) or free items. I have purchased a brand new Dell Laptop which includes the FREE Digital Camera and the FREE Color Printer which I will receive after Ive made all 52 payments as agreed. I can cancel my order at any time prior to shipment and while BlueHippo doesnt give cash refunds they will give me store credit that I can use if I like towards desktops, laptops, monitors, software, TVs and more at BlueHippo.com I understand that this legally binding agreement has been made in Virginia between me and BlueHippo Capital, LLC, headquartered in Virginia, and that any disputes between us will be resolved by binding individual and not class arbitration under the rules of the National Arbitration Forum. I agree that the choice of law and venue shall be Virginia, but that any arbitration hearing if one is held, will take place at a location near my residence. I understand that this Agreement is my complete agreement with BlueHippo and replaces any previous one I may have had.
