BlueHost.com BlueHost Bluehost Inc. Advertises monthly rates, but charges yearly rates Orem Utah

I was talking to the representative and he closed the chat on me instead of letting me talk. I complained about them scamming people into paying a yearly fee (no price is even shown on the checkout screen) even though they give a monthly price. He game me a snide remark about being in business for 10 years and being a big shot company, yet the company pisses on their angry customers for calling them out on poor marketing.

I was about to say that because they're so well known, this is why I chose their company. However, any company can be corrupt when they've been in business so long. Just look at eBay and PayPal. I don't want to see someone actually wind up paying a yearly rate when they've been quoted a monthly rate without even showing the customer how much they plan on charging them at the end.
