I do NOT recommend ever signing up with Bluepay for your merchant processing. They stole thousands of dollars from me. They have excellent customer service to suck you in, and then they keep your money and you will never be able to get ahold of them again. I learned the hard way. Do not let a good looking website and empty promises fool you, they will do this to you too. No wonder they are growing so rapidly, they are doing it with the money they steal from their customers. I'm currently working with the FTC to get them shut down!

BS.  I have tried contacting your company by phone, but email, by fax.  You have ignored me for months after stealing thousands of dollards from me.  I have personally spoken with several of your other customers that this has happened to, and even another employee there that confirmed that this is the type of behavior that your company exhibits.  I am collecting enough evidence to see to it that BluePay isn't in a position to do this to other people in the future.

To all customers of Bluepay, if BluePay has done anything like this to you, please contact me so I can get your statement and details to add to my investigation.  Someone needs to put a stop to these scammers!

Chris, I wish I had talked to you before putting in my complain, I wish you were there the last time I called Bluepay. I really wish that all what you are saying here is true and Bluepay will give me back the $295 they took out of my bank account for cacelling a contract that I never signed.

What happened in the original report didn't happen to me exactly, but after my experience with Bluepay I have to say that I can perfectly picture Bluepay behaving like it is described in the report.

I just gave you a phone call and got your voicemail so you may still be able to help me.

Since you posted this anonymously, I don't have the chance to work with you personally. I would like the opportunity to resolve any issues you have. As you mentioned, we DO have excellent customer service and if you call our toll free #'s during normal business hours, (8:30 5:30 Central Time) someone is always available to help you. Or please call me directly and I can find the best person to help you. We value our customers and pride ourselves on our excellent customer service.
