I signed up for BluePay credit card services in March 2009.  My previous company had used a different company, but I liked the way these guys sounded when I was shopping other companies, so I thought I'd give them a try.

When I signed up, the sales rep told me "beware of companies that will lure you in with a low rate and than increase it right away.  Bluepay is not like that."  When I got my first bill there were sizable increases in both the discount rates and the per transaction price, the very reason I went with BluePay.  I immediately canceled my account, as I'd prefer not to do business with a company that operates like that.

In canceling my account, of course they charged me the $300 early termination fee, that the sales rep told me they wouldn't charge if I was unhappy.  They also charged me 3 months of the monthly feels.  To this day, I never ran a single transaction through BluePay and received over $400 in fee's.  Yes, I signed the contract, but they also comitted to me that they would not raise the rates for the first year and they would not charge the cancellation fee if I wasn't happy, both of which they went back on. 

I've made dozens of calls to BluePay executives, including Brad Bialis the President.  All of my calls have been ignored.   From reading more and more about this company, they seem more concerned about collecting various fee's from their customers than making their customers happy. 

In a separate posting on indeed, a past employee wrote "The odds are that you will never receive a call from anyone at BluePay. I worked there and saw it all to frequently. I resigned because I could not deal with their continual lies anymore.It is "policy" to bump fees and charge customer accounts for funds that they do not really owe. Every now and then they refund someones money if they feel it is necessary. However, in most cases they just keep it! Bluepay does not care what the contract states - They just charge away as soon as they get a businesses account numbers."
