Bluesky Investment Capital/ Sam Banda Took Months, and did nothing! Ripped off guy who sent me to him! Hartford Connecticut

I was introduced to Sam Banda from a very good mortgage guy friend of mine. Sam comes off all knowing about things, but ends up going around in circles with you for months. We're in grave danger of losing our deposit and the home purchase I have going with my fiance. We started with Sam in October and thank God my guy Derek got us over to somebody who seems to know what he's doing I hope? He kept saying I will give you a commitment etc etc. Approval is coming, and weeks would go by, then he would finally call back. I told the guy who referred us to him he's full of s**t. I don't beleive a thing that comes out of his mouth, and we're in a real bind because of him. Derek, said not only did he give him 8 to 9 loans that he claimed were decent and he could do, but he ended up taking over 3 months on those, closed one, and ripped my guy Derek off for the money. He's a real peach of a person! My guy Derek said he doesn't have the money for his rent or child support because this guy just talks and does nothing. I feel horrible for him, and am worried about my purchase as well. Seller tried to pull the deal on us 5 times already, and I told Sam Banda this and it didn't seem to phase him. It's all making sense now, and I'm glad that Derek, the guy we started with is still fighting for us and making progress, despite what Sam Banda did to him.
