BlueSnap Inc Plimus Unauthorized Refunds Other
We used BlueSnap for our website maritext.com and had many issues to deal with ever since our first day. From horrible tech support for custom integration to having to wait 24 hours for each contact request to the unauthorized refunds. They use a system called KOUNT for fraud detection and it's by far the worst. I used my OWN debit card and was triggered as FRAUD. After having $2500 on hold, a rep named James O'Donnel emailed us and said that he issued refunds to all our clients. We have already given our clients platform access yet BlueSnap still refunded without our consent and closed our account. We now have figured out that BlueSnap is catering to the MMJ/Cannabis industry which seems like they're trying another industry do to the fact that they have many internal issues with fraud/non-fraud transactions. We DO NOT recommend any internet business to use BlueSnap as their processor for payments. We currently use Stripe and have processed over $20,000 with them since we left BlueSnap 2 months ago. Hope this helps anyone for the future.
