Bluestar International Components, Ltd. Sold me the wrong DLP bulb and then would not return emails for over 1 month. They finally sent me an rma # so I sent it back but that was March 1 and this is April 20th and I have not recieved anythi Internet Huntington, New York

I purchased a DLP bulb from them for my Sony rear projection. When it came in it look similar but the reflector was smaller and shaped differently. I tried to contact them to let them know but could not get in touch so I went ahead and tried it. It did not work properly, the picture was very dim. They state that you can return with an rma # so I called many times and sent several emails before they finally sent an rma # and said once they receive the bulb and inspect they would credit my card. I even sent my original bulb so they could see the difference. I the mean time I ordered another bulb off ebay which works perfectly. I have yet to see my refund or any other communication for Bluestar International Components and it is now April 20th, I have reported them to Google checkout since that was the merchant account that was used.

Yes, we are a company that does very high volume unfortunately, we sometimes makes mistakes in customer service. This is not intentional. The percentage of complaints to the number of transactions we complete is relatively small but every individual customer is important to us and we are striving to make improvements and do better.
