Bluestone Capital Arthur Scwartz Bad Loans. Deceptive Practices. Missing Payments. False Payoff Numbers. Marblehead Massachusetts

Arthur Schwartz and Bluestone Capital should not be trusted. They are an alternative lender / Hard Money lender out of Mass. that has stolen money from clients, purposefully delayed closings to increase the payoff amount, misplaced payments and then charged penalties on the misplaced payments. 

Several legitimate lenders and even a title company we worked with, called Blustone Capital and Arthur Schwartz of Marblehead, MA "Shadey" because of their accounting practices and lack of ethics.

Bluestone Capital jacked up the closing costs by $12,000 the DAY of closing which caused us to have to delay the closing. This was after giving us another pay off amount the week of closing.

Bluestone misplaced our payments and then charged us penalities for THEIR misplaced payments. They blame ANY accounting error on the fact that all of their clients funds go into one account "and sometimes Its easy to get the payments mixed up."

Arthur Schwartz posted a photo of himself holding a shotgun with the title "Bluestone Militia" and the caption "Show this to my clients... helps with the collection efforts."

Unfortunately we did not see any of this or hear anything negative about Arthur Schwartz and Bluestone Captial until AFTER we signed on the dotted line.

DO NOT USE Bluestone Capital / Arthur Schwartz no matter how desperate you are. You will regret it. Trust us! We wish someone warned us.
