Bluestream advanced cable always down CORAL SPRINGS Florida

I live in Coral Springs and have this terrible internet provider its always down and getting them to troubleshoot, fix or even credit my account is like pulling teeth. They are the worst they dont fix anything they are incompetent as well. I'm looking for other people with the same problem looking to possibly file a class action lawsuit against them. My internet goes out several times a week. Its sad that i've gotten used to it. Lately its getting worse you call them up and they read from a script,then i get disconnected and call the same person back and they start all over again. I ask for credits for the time down and i never get them instead they treate me like a liar. They probably owe me about $300 in promised credits that they never gave out. of course they dont care. If you think i'm making this up just google reviews and you'll see nothing but bad reviews. I know the only good reviews are written by their employees. This company is terrible. I figure if enough people get together for a class action law suit perhaps we can put them out of business.
