BLUEWOOD SECURITY COMPLETELY UN PROFESSIONAL Wasaga Beach, Ontario Canada

As a Property Manager for the past 22 years I can honestly say I have NEVER dealt with a company like Bluewood Security.

I took over a site where Bluewood Security preformed security services.  In the first 30 days I was approach by the owner who informed me that he had not been paid for 8 months for his services.

I told the owner to send me the invoices in question, I will review the financial records to ensure they have not been paid, discuss with the Board of Directors to ensure the work was approved (since there was no contract and no purchase order issued).
This was in the first month on site and they had not been paid in eight months.

2 weeks later I am receiving threatening calls and the owner of Bluewood Security comes on site with some large goon and they start threatening me.
COMPLETELY UN PROFESSIONAL.

I faxed them written notice that if they came on site they would be charged with trespassing.

It turns out that they were approved to do the work even though there was nothing in writing confirming the work was approved.  They had not been paid in 8 months, which became my problem.  It must be noted that I had nothing to do with Bluewood not being paid, 6 weeks after I started this site they were paid in full, for the 8 months owing.

I reported them to the BBB and made a complaint to professional associations I belong to so if they ever try to become associates of these associations, they will be turned down.  I also made a complaint to the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations so it may be more difficult for Bluewood to renew their license.

If you plan on using Bluewood Security out of Wasaga Beach Ontario, be prepared for some very unprofessional experiences.
