I think it was very unwise to give the customers information out. Etsy has strict policy's on that and could get your business on etsy shut down. Lets hope they don't report it. 

Jamie may be to polite to say there names but I am not. One is Alyssa Rohler from Edmond OK and the other is Taiwee Roderick from Los Angeles.

This really is not a consumer issue but more of a copyright issue. I have every right to protect my personal photos and work. Case and point, my personal wedding photo used in this report.

I and Alyssa have both sent notes to try to have my personal photo removed from this site of extortion. Do you know that rip off report will remove this entire report for the bargain price of 2000.00!!! Anyways, no one was authorized to use my photo that my husband took so rip off report should remove it. They even issue a warning about not using other people's photos on here.

These reviews got left over a rumor. Someone said there was a nasty comment about Alyssa's shop and I guess they assumed it was me who did it. I never ever used their store or personal names in my forum until this report was made and even then I only used half of their store name and no last names. Even in my rebuttal I never used Alyssa's last name.

Anyways, Alyssa and I are speaking. She even agreed to have a notarized statement made and submitted to have reviews removed.

I don't want to fight with anyone and as of now I am not. Alyssa and I are being cordial :) After this fight she said she is not speaking to Tai. Personally I will not speak to Tai either.

I do not feel it was right to post this, however it's been done. It's really not that bad. It just shows people I protect my work. Oh and when I was speaking with Tai on facebook I did offer to help her re-home on my site. All I wanted was my personal info taken down from their store. Once it was removed and the listing did appear to be a re-home all was good. Perhaps that is why I was so taken aback when I heard about this. We had fixed things two weeks ago.

Honestly, so what...Now I have my very own rip off page. Some of the best in our field are here. I was shocked to see some highly respected people on here. It's just baffling that so many top, legit and trusted sellers are on here.

I thank everyone for their support. You guys are so great and reading your kind words really gave me happiness. I thank Alyssa for saying she was sorry.

Lets just make this the end of this. Alyssa and I will still continue to do what we can to at least have my personal photo removed.

Deffimation only applies if there is a slanderous situation going on, such as in the case of "soul sisters" against Miss. jamie. Miss. Jamie, However, has shown the ustmost in grace. She has but defended herself against these 2. I do Hope that she has filed charges for the blackmail. It is a felony. Let's not forget there is a victem here. Miss. Jamie IS that victem. This post was started BY the ones who did the damage. NOW they want out, NOW they want peace, NOW claiming innocense, NOW regretting what they started. THEY deserve everything they have happening to them, and what's to come. Get ALL the facts before you make ignorant posts.

I think both parties were in the wrong. I am not either party either, just someone that been watching this take place. I notice first, Jamie writing a post on her facebook on this other shop. Still there by the way. From what I gathered this was resolved before, then why was that still up? Defamation of character there and I havent seen myself where these girls beside now had posted anything about you. I know they said above something was deleted from CH.  However, that was after you posted on facebook from what I gathered. I havent personally seen the post so i cant comment on what they said. Don't get me wrong this isnt saying ill of Mrs. Jamie. These are observations, now what these girls done here is a little extreme but at the same time petty as well.

Since it was a communication error, it seems as stated below. I think communication goes a long way and this matter could have be avioded. I seen both parties slandering one another. I myself dont know the whole truth and will not place blame on either party. But This whole thing is pointless and I really hope that both parties did come to an agreement.

I love how you claim so much innocense. But, my favorite is how all of this is some how Jamie's fault. Some how she brought you and your friends s*** on herself. Some how she lied. some how she "made" you 2 lie about her, blackmail her, and cause her grief. Putz

If you two remain partners, you might both end up sharing the blame legally as you are working together on this store. I would consult an attorney if I were you.

It's hard to blame one without some of the blame hitting the other partner. There is a saying in Italian: Tell me who your friends are, and I will tell you who YOU are.

And in English, "Birds of a feather flock together" and "Lie down with dogs, wake up with fleas". So if you hang out with people who are causing trouble or breaking the law, you are going to have your own name dragged through the mud along with theirs.

Accomplices in crimes ALSO go to jail, even if they aren't the ones who picked the lock or pulled the trigger. 

Blackmail is a felony in California. You will have to decide whether it's worth it to get a criminal record, for the rest of your life, over a few hundred dollars.

 You just need to back the **** up and shut up. You don't know the full situation for one. Two Jamie and I worked it out from what I gather unless she lied to me. Which its on her than. Three why in the **** people still comment ignorant stuff John and no, know your laws. The conversations with Jamie was on facebook with Tai and not through the shop so no, I can not be charged because I don't know what they said. Like it was stated before, this has been resolved and no further discussion should be on this so it will not get so many hits and travel further up Google list.

Maybe YOU should of thought of that before you got involved with your partner in this indevor. I mean come on now, you seriously can't be this niave? I'm pretty sure your little shop connection is enough to put the police's eyes on you too

you are affiliated and shop owner with the person who did threaten and blackmailed Jamie. Whether you did it or not, you are in on it. Even, iof behind the scene. Very shrewed if you ask me. Makes you even more dangerous. Sorry Jamie, But These 2 shoudn't be sold to by any sellers, or bought from by any customer. They are both to blaim, both liars, both thieves, both not trustworthy.

Whoever decided to damage Jamie's reputation, obviously filing as anonymous, is extremely non professional. They took Jamie's listings (along with other well known seller's) and pawned them off as their own items. When confronted, they had blackmailed Jamie, asking for $600 for them to not write negative reviews. She refused, now they are retailiating. Whoever this anonymous person is, grow up and get a life. Jamie is an awesome seller and goes out of her way to make sure her customers are happy. Shame on those who would try to blackmail and ruin such a loving individual's work.

This complaint has been resolved and honestly shouldnt have been filed in the first place. I Alyssa and Jamie have been talking and we are in an understanding that there were miscommunication, and misunderstandings that took place. I never had a personally issue with Jamie and honestly would still love to be her customer because she is a sweet woman. We understand that we should have talked to each other and a lot of this mess could have been avoided. It esculated quickly for both parties. I apologize to Jamie myself for everything I hope we can still be friends and let this be a learning experience and a past episode. For all those that bad mouth me I assure you I had no hand myself directly with Jamie until today where we talked things out and found out a few things that was misunderstood and complete agreed that this whole rip off report should be deleted. I myself took it upon myself to contact the site owners and on the other one as well to see about getting this removed. I havent heard back and should this stay know We came to an agreement both of us. And again i apologize to Jamie myself for everything and wish her the best. Blessings to all. -Alyssa

This is a mess and it looks like bad shop going against good shop with Jamie being the good shop. Look at all how all of her clients came to her today to say she is great. I think that alone speaks volumes about just how kind Jamie is.

Jamie helps people and she doesn't deserve to be on this less then reputable website.

This insinuates she was saying I blackmailed. When I have yet to talk to her. I am not lying.  I just wish Jamie would have spoke to me directly. Maybe this whole mess would have turned out better. I do not hate her nor think she is bad but I am upset with her since I didnt even get a chance to talk with her my self directly before she said all this horrible stuff about me. So I am the odd person out.

Yes we honestly bought those things we are rehoming in the store. Jamie herself knows I was her customer so she knows that the things I had listed from her are genuine. Same with other sellers. It is a tight community. 

Also, to the Spirit chick, dude you are a lying lady. You were the rude one and you were called out for it. I am not rude to anyone unless they are hateful and mean first. I dont let pieces of crap push me around. I am a pretty calm person and very willing to work things out but since this mess and what I seen and people are saying I doubt so.

This drama just needs to go away. Its really pointless to be honest.

Jamie, if you want to actually talk to me and work things out, I am still willing.

I know who you are and one email whoopy doo that was sent by mistake and we apologized to you. When in fact you messaged us first about a spirit. Also, we have records in paypal and original listings of our rehomes so a rumer is just that, a rumor and guess what this person is one of the People that said you had a forum on us.  Sounds to me that she is saying Tai and I. I mean if she would have contacted me personally I would have came to an agreement with her about any issue she may had but she never once talked to me personally so I honestly dont know why my name is being ran under other then being part shop owner. Pulled in by accociation?

 BTW The reviews that she stated was deleted and they were before she talked to Tai on facebook. Which I dont know what was said from there. I just know I been getting messages from people, unless they are lying, which they might, never know but her fb post before she deleted it stated that she would make a forum. And people messaging it confirms that. Like I said unless the people were lying. Which I dont know why random people would send hate messages talking about a forum and everything. I seriously want to work this out with her as I do not have beef with her and Yes I am Alyssa. Not Tai. I speak for myself.  I honestly don't hate Jamie or dislike her, but from her running me down, yes I am a bit upset at her. You would be too.

I was one of the people Tai/Alyssa spammed. My god it was so annoying! When I asked them to leave me alone they responded with how rude I was. I had to turn them into etsy! There is a rumor among buyers that this shop is not even buying all of the sprits and spells they claim they are just using seller's names! I did not see this on Jamie's forum this was stated in a private discussion between me and another buyer who is a friend of mine. 

Before I knew how horrible these girls were i asked about a demon they had. They told me for him to work i would have to be hurt or scared?

Jame and her coven are so wonderful. Every reputable seller has a report on here. Jame this is wonderful advertisement as they clearly say that you told them not to use your copyrights and that other sellers do not like them LOL!

@Alyssa, Jamie never said she talked to you she said the poster is Tai u. Are you Tai U or are you her friend Alyssa? Cause it sounds like you two are the same person.

I am a member of Jamie's forum and there has been no talk about you or your friend until this post here. I honestly don't think Jamie dwells or thinks that deeply on this.

What you two are doing right here and right now is negativly shaping the future of your store. Jamie's a Gem :) but she is not the only Meta seller who has a issue with you.

I'm not understanding the Drama here, Jamie asked politely for all of her Copyrighted Material to be removed.  Which is not unreasonable.  Jamie has gone beyond the Call of Duty.  What I am truly not understanding is why a sudden backlash?  These 2 "witches" have gone out of there way to try to Blackmail Jamie, then threaten Jamie's Daughter? 

The reason why the "soulsisters" have never come out typing anything negative against Jamie is because they know whatever came from their fingertips would be a Lie.  Lets add Blackmail, Threatening Jamie's Daughter, using Copyrighted Material, and adding Defamation.  I'd say Jamie has law on her side. 

Well, as it is said..."There is no such thing as bad publicity."  The bonus is seeing how immature.  I'm sorry soul sisters you feel you have been perped on.  Jamie has never asked anything of her clients to go after either of you.  The both of you incited a riot.  You say you contacted other Reputable Sellers about rehoming?  Why would this spark a whole community of Reputable Sellers who have staked their reputation and name in bringing honest Entities home?

This write about Jamie is digusting and untrue. Jamie is the best and most kind person I have met.

I have rehomed spirits from her and she even helped me find a keeper.

She is awesome and whoever wrote this dumb report is a hater of great people.

This is bullcrap. This new seller is that Jamie wouldn't advertise or let you use her name and photo? Why would Jamie advertise for other sellers. Nordstorms does not advertised for walmart.

Jamie and her coven are amazing. AMAZING and the poster of this is jealous, hateful and sickening.
