I recently had a car accident. My car was towed to Blust Motor Service, 9122 Colerain Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45251 Tel # 513-385-6050. My sunroof was left open and the rain poured into the car and damaged my leather seats and my personal belongings. I have tried to contact Blust Motors regarding my car and my personal belongings and I have not received ONE single call back from Blust Towing/Motor Service. They have since put a thin film of cellophane over the sunroof (which does not keep out the rain). They have refused to release my car and my personal belongings. I have contacted the City of Cincinnati City Council and the Office of the Attorney General, Mike DeWine for assistance in this atrocious matter. Blust Motor Service towing are thieves and liars and totally UNPROFESSIONAL. They STILL have not release my car or returned ANY of my phone calls or compensated me for the damage to my personal belongings and are threatening to sell my car. Blust Motor Service are a TOTAL RIPOFF!

The fact is. That your car had the sun roof open, and it rained so the inside car got wet, your fault I work for a towing company in Cincinnati us tow truck drivers are not aloud to close Windows or anything. All we are aloud to do is hook the car and tow. And you calling them and complaining is your insurances job, the fact they want to sale your car is your insurance fault they should have been there and cut them a check for the tow and storage bill.
