The charge is $94.31 which immediately comes out of your account before you even realize you have the products. And then they try to give you a portion of your money back if you return the products to their mailing address instead of another address they say it must be returned to. These people are rip-off artists, definitely not customer service vendors. I had to cancel my credit card to stop their payment request and you better beware dealing with these type of internet rip-off artists if you know what's good for you.

This company supposedly sends you a "trial" product that you're suppose to respond to within 15 days of its receipt. However, they bill you within 3 days of your receipt of the trial product I was told by the company's agent.

I cancelled the product as soon as I saw the charges to my bank account for $3.87 for two products because I thought I was only going to be charged $1.03 for postage. So I immediately cancelled both products, the Blizzard White and the Bellatathome product as well.

They gave me return authorization information to send the products back without any additional costs and cancelled my subscription to the program. However, doing that time I moved and my computer acquired a virus and I lost the return emails with all my other emails. So I returned the products to the address listed on the boxes and got a tracking number for the return.

Since the products were not returned to the address they requested, they decided to charge me 50% of the cost of the products and I was flabbergasted to hear that result. I called my bank and disputed the charge totally and closed the credit card account.

I will never do business with these people ever again and hope you don't either. They are not into customer service at all. All they wanted was my money and I refused to give it to them.
