BMB Logistics/Transport Services BMB Transport Disrespectful, Smelly/Sick puppy Memphis, TN Internet

I have a hard time trusting people as it is, when I first found them they made themselves out to be good people, there was one issue/bad review at the time about them and that situation was cleared up as I was told.. They promised me I would be satisfied with them and that my puppy would arrive to his new family within 5-7 days of pickup from CA to NY.... the first lie, it took them 16days to get my puppy to his family!!! They changed the dates numerous times. After all their bulls*** they offered a refund to my buyers but all she and I wanted was for the puppy to get to them safe and sound, after I got upset with them playing with my emotions on how long it was taking, Rich threaten to not refund my buyers and sue them and ship the puppy back to me in CA and at the time of threat they were already in "Virginia"!!! my buyers was heart broken for her poor puppy's health and well being after 16 days straight of being in a van! When she finally got her puppy on March 29th at 3:00AM he smelled awful like he was sitting in his fieces the whole time! He would not stop coughing like he was sick! And he gained 1lb the whole time they had him and they claimed they fed the dogs every couple hours? Another lie. She took him to her vet as soon as possible and thankfully he wasnt sick but needed lots of fresh air because he wasn't getting enough fresh air while he was with them and again they claim to stop every couple hours and let all the dogs out, yet another lie! And they also lost the bag that I handed them with his paper work and many more things! Unbelievable! THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, CARELESS, LIARS, SCAMMERS, THEIVES, IDIOTS, AND JUST PLAIN HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND NOT ONE BIT PROFESSIONAL!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP BEFORE THEY CAUSE ANYMORE PAIN AND SUFFERING!!
