Everybody hates a good liar right? Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice. All we are trying to do as real entertainers in the industry is trying to make people happy with our craft, and yet pay our bills on time. Well if youre in the music business, then WATCH OUT for this scammer.

of BMC Global Entertainment, AKA: 40 Year Old Wanna-Be-Rapper

His alias is Michelle (his own non-existent brother and imaginary manager). Michelle will make all of the business calls
from Canada (which he will try to get you to pay for), but you will never EVER get to speak with Carvelli, because Carvelli is in fact Michelle. Sorry yall but in the US Michelle is a girls name.

They have a fake marketing company BMC Global Entertainment. They have fraudulent songwriting contests, where you the artist will win an imaginary $40,000 worth of marketing if you submit your song, give up rights, and happen to win. The contest is just a way for them to steal your music, because they are NOT in fact a legitimate marketing company. If you Google their names, and info, you will see that it is just a team of 2 people (Billy Carvelli and Rachel B), creating Bull s**t websites and utilizing a couple of free places to advertise. No actual Internet marketing is occurring. Billy Carvelli
is a washed up 40 year old wanna be musician who records stolen songs and funds it with his day job. He is not a songwriter hes a shady business guy, which is why he has to steal music.

Another scam BMC Global Entertainment runs, is that they will hire you to write a song for their company and pay you through Paypal. DO NOT accept this kind of payment. They will later do a chargeback from their credit card, once they have received the finished product. The credit card company will always win, against PayPal, because PayPal will not
defend you even if you can prove the item was in fact delivered. Therefore, you will send the finished product, receive your money, and then the credit card company will give the money back to BMC Global Entertainment.  If you decide not to pay your new bill to PayPal plus the fees, they will ruin your credit. Therefore, BMC Global Entertainment gets back their money, and the product and you lose the song, your hours of work and more money than you were ever paid on the project. Billy Carvelli, Michelle, and BMC Global Entertainment consider themselves Italian Mafia.
Somehow I think this is a 40-year-old delusion.
