Purchased a car through this company, it was a little rough around the edges, but seemed alright. They say they have the cars checked out prior to sale. First I find a bent rim when going to get a tire that had a slow leak (first week), the headliner dropped the first week as well... I did not go to them with that, but figured I was ok...

The transmission started slipping at the end of the second week. Even though this is a no warranty situation, you would assume that they would at least offer to help you get it repaired as it was just purchased 2 weeks ago, Nope....

I am having my mechanic check out the car, if I find that they put additives in the transmission to cloak this issue I will be suing them.
The cars, including mine, are way overpriced (see more than twice kellys high blue book), the cars I saw were ratty, some bad tires, etc. I did not notice that they had stapled the headliner up in my car (yes office staples).

They are not honest, they do not help out at all.

Slander charges? For exercising my right to free speech about a company that has done me wrong? Get real.

All I was offered was a tow to the garage, at first the salesman offered to pick up the diagnostic fee of 85 bucks, then he called to say that the boss refused to even do that, and I would be responsible for all the repairs.

This is with a car that I had for a couple weeks. That is way overpriced. I took it to the dealer, who said that it was obvious that the transmission issue had to be known, as otherwise the dealer can sell a lower mileage car on their lot for a good amount.
They checked the Transmission, and found that it does need to be rebuilt/replaced.

Hey, be happy, yet another person who is paying you a monthly fee for a car that is not worth it's weight in scrap.

I believe the complaints on ripoff report are written by one of our competitors trying to tarnish our good name.  We go out of our way to please every customer and it is very important to us to maintain a good standing in our community. I know you will find out if you deal with us that we go out of our way to maintain a good name and we provide a great service for thos individuals with less than perfect credit.

False Report! Hoax! Slander

I find it hilarious that an individual can go on this site and just enter in whatever they want without the fear of a slander lawsuit. Notice this individual does not provide a name? What type of car? There is NO information in this claim that identyifies who sold the car? What location? Sales Person? What date? 

This is a false claim and if I could identify the individual making false claims I would immediately file a lawsuit for slander. We have sold over 2000 cars since opening in 2005. We have an A rating with the BBB. We offer a great service for individuals with credit problems. The person who made this report should stop playing games on the internet and come out from behind the shadows and handle this matter directly with us and I am sure he would find out that we are more than happy to work with our customers on each and every issue.
