BMG Music , National Credit Collections Reports on Credit file and Never bought any goods from company! Oklahoma Oklahoma

I ran my credit report the other day and noticed that I had a collection file from National Credit Solutions/BMG Music for 157.00. I then disputed with credit agency, who then sent me a letter saying verified. When I called Credit Solutions they told me well apparently a card was filled out and music was sent to your house. I told them no way. They suggested someone in my home may have done it. I have a 9 year old son,, Again, I said no way and furthermore I get all my mail in the office since I'm the manager at the apartment community. They then informed me there was nothing they could do. I told them I want proof . I want this mystery card that was filled out to order something. They told me by law they did not have to do that. I told them yes you do and you need to prove that I ordered this stuff or remove it. They once again told me they would not remove it. I since then have sent a letter disputing it.

I never recieved any kind of mail saying I owe a debt to BMG music or this collection agency, just one day the negative informations shows up on my credit file. I have good credit and it seems very unfair that these kind of businessess can just put anything they want on your file and you have to fight for months to get it removed. I want to take any legal action I can against this company and I will be very grateful for any information that can be provided. This company and thier affiliates need to be shut down once and for all so they can not do this to innocent consumers any more.
