I used to have an account with BMG Music Service but canceled my account so I could do a part time mission for my religious faith. I am recieving a bill for a cd I never bought nor recieved on a canceled account, that apparently has been reactivated without my knowledge or consent.
I plan to allow the bill to drag me into court so I can tell them off in front of a jury. I will at that meeting request back payment for finachal damage, legal bills, lost work time, and punitive damages to repair my credit report, and to compensate for thier aiding and abetting of an id theft criminal.

Stupid EVIL BMG music service has asked a debt collections agency to extract cash from me about this account going into defalt. I am going to call the collection agency and tell them to Kiss My ***! I don't care about bmg anymore. I am gonna ask a lawyer to help me sue bmg over this unfair billing attempt.

I have been unable to reach company to attempt out of court settlement. I have had no further mail from them. I want them to pay me for reopening my account without my permission.
