BML Marketing Company, Inc. Timeshare Solutions Ripped-Off by BML Marketing and filed report with Florida Attorney General. BML owner lied to the AG and nothing more can be done. ? Internet

In January 2009, I signed up with BML Marketing to sell my timeshare.  The telemarketer "Christy" said they do not sell timeshares online.  They charge a little extra to help defray the cost of giving gifts to prospective buyers.

After not hearing from them for quite a while, I contacted them and talked with the "owner" whose name I do not recall.  He said it was preposterous for me to think they brought people in and gave them gifts in the same manner that I was presented with the timeshare I purchased.  They only do online ads.  I contacted people in Florida who said I need to file a complaint with the Attorney General.  Florida law prohibits marketing companies from selling timeshares.  Only legitimate realtors can sell them to help prevent fraud.

The end result was that the owner did not have a realtor license, but somehow convinced the powers that be that I was mistaken in what was offered.  He was very irate at me for filing and since the last time I spoke with him, I receive an average of 5 telephone calls a day from timeshare salespeople.  They have my first name and they are calling my cell phone which was not listed in the contract or ad.  They even know I filed a complaint and promise me that "that company owner" is going to jail very soon.

With this many complaints, why isn't anything being done?  I not only listed with BML, I also listed with BuyATimeshare.com and wasted more money.  They promised to sell quickly and get my money back from BML.  That was in April 2009.  I lost a total of $1000 on this S C A M, and will not be fooled again.
