I asked BMS Law to refund my $12,000.00 because my home was placed in active foreclosure as a
result of the $3000.00 a month I was paying to them in my attempt to get a modification.

BMS Law stated that the money would be given to Suntrust Mortgage while negotiating my modification.  They stated that "this would show my ability to pay the reduced amount on time."

I spoke to a number of representatives:  Frank Lee , Ramon Towne, Derrick, Stacy etc. I did not want to lose my home and I indicated in the beginning that my debt to income ratio was
too high and I was denied twice but I was never a month late.  They assured me that everything looked great for a modification.  BMS even said they would pull my loan documents and it would be listed as a dispute on my credit report.  I was told not to worry and "NOT TO SPEAK TO ANYONE BUT THEM." 

When I received a foreclosure notice from an attorney, I immediately contacted BMS and was told that they would handle it.  It turns out that the entire thing WAS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They had not even contacted Suntrust Mortgage about a modification.  And when I called to try to get my money back.  I NEVER COULD REACH ANYONE!!!!
I am still trying to get my $12,000 BACK!!!!

PLEASE....WHATEVER YOU DO...DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE....CONTACT NACA OR ANOTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCY!
