BMW Autohaus Ripoff deal - Scam thornhill Ontario Canada

I didn't review the details when I signed the lease contract and the sales failed to explain the charges. After I got home, I found out an issue and questioned the charges. At first, the sales lied that security deposit is a cost, then she told me that no one would get deposit back since BMW will charge those money when we return the car. 

Therefore, I asked her to withdrawal my contract. She promised me that we got a great offer and if I could find a better offer, she would return my $2000 deposits. 

I went to another dealer and got a better offer. The manager, Alex Sirenko, told me that my sales had no rights to do that promise and refused to give back my money. After a lot of works, the manager agreed to cancel the offer, but they won't return any funds (liquidity damage charge), which forced me to keep the offer.

MY SUGGESTION is KEEP AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.
