BMW Of Peabody Misrepresenting the interest rate on a leased car Peabody Massachusetts

I have had a horrible experience with this BMW dealer at 221 Andover St at Peabody, MA. Their sales person
told me the interest rate for leasing of the vehicle I was interested was 3.9% when he was trying to sell me the vehicle. Then, when the business manager at this dealership calculated my monthly lease payment, she utilized a higher interest rate of 6% and did not disclose this rate.

While I was signing the paperwork, I was unaware that she charged my lease at a higher rate than what the sales person told me. I have excellent credit and I am sure my interest rate should have been lower if not equal to what the sales person told me. Once I faced them with this deceptive business practice, they said I misunderstood. They actually quoted the 3.9% interest rate to me for a different car, then they changed the story that it was the quote for financing. How absurd this sounds? I am leasing a particular car and then they quote me on another car or they quote on finance rate to purchase?

I insisted that there was no misunderstanding and I, in front of an eyewitness, completely realized what they said. In writing a complaint to the general manager at this dealership, I got no results. He completely ignored my complaint and did not even bother to respond to it. I hope you can help to advance my cause. I have been ripped off $82 per month over 36 months for a total of $2,950. I also like to make other buyers of BMW to be aware of this dealership in our area. The customer service is extremely poor at this dealership if you can even call it a service! Second, this BMW dealer does not follow through with the verbal statements it uses to pull customers. While you may think you can get a good deal at this dealership, they make sure they tell you everything you like to hear about getting a deal, and then once you sign the contract, you are on your own, its your fault that you misunderstood the propaganda they used to sell you a car.
