Bmw Ontario Service department Attention!! Buyers beware!! Service fraud! Be careful from Fernandio!! Ontario California

 Attention!! Buyers beware of the service department at this place! Fernandino is a crook! I took my 2005 bmw645 to check the brakes and he told me I need to replace my brake booster and give me a quote of $2800 with labor I told him I would take it somewhere else to save money which I did. The place I went to told me that I needed to replace my brake booster and my brake master cylinder. I called Fernandio and asked him why didn't he tell me the brake master cylinder was bad also, he stated that I only paid for one hour diagnosis and if he checks it out further then he has to charge me more. He already charged me $174 to check it. He also said I have to bring it back after I replace those two parts to reset the computer. Only the dealer can reset the computer. So I went back he charged me another $174 and then told me the abs module is bad it needs to be replaced and the car is not drivable. He told me that cost $1800 plus $900 labor I told him I take it back to the other shop to get fixed there cause it's much much cheaper and the same parts with the same work. He said okay but you have to still come back here to reset the computer for the abs module. So I replaced the abs module and towed my car back to them to reset the computer and that grease lowlife scum had the nerve to keep my car for 3 days and then tell me I can't reset your car because you did all the work somewhere else!!! I told how is that when you already charged me 3 to diagnose my car. He flat out said no I don't want to do it take to another shop cause we don't what people like you at our dealer! He costed me over $700 of misdiagnose of my car and tow fees and at the end was upset that I saved over $4500 taking it somewhere else! Never come here and becareful from Fernandio!!!
