This is a warning for anybody thinking about going to the following dealership.

Dont!

Scotthall BMW Stanmore are the biggest bunch of crooks you will ever find. I have battled for months to get them to fix my car, but they have refused. They have told me to sue them, which I will. But I want everyone to know about their underhand tactics.

They sold me a defective car and have repeatedly refused to fix it, even though they acknowledge there is something wrong with it. Moreover, they have consistently refused to test for the likely causes, even though a reasonably competent dealership would have done so. All they do is to hook the car up to a machine and say "no fault was recorded" when in reality, the fault has been replicated numerous times in front of their eyes. They are more concerned about their own pockets than making customers happy.

They are liars, thieves, and cowards, and the after sales "manager" Armando Benvenga is useless. He sits in his office and hides behind this little blonde woman, without whom he can't even fart. FYI, the dealer principal is called Graham Kimberley but please be warned, he is not a man of his word. He was going to provide me with all the print outs of the "testing" they conducted, but did not. I can assume they did not do any testing on the car. That's the kind of people they are.

Eventually, my car finally died. BMW roadside assist came out and within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem. Moreover, all the faults that had been recorded were shown to me. This was more than what Mr. Kimberley's team was willing (or able) to do.

So, after months of claiming there was "no fault" with my car, the fault (which Scotthall Stanmore either deliberately ignored or were too incompetent to find) has been fixed in less than two days. Please consider this fact before taking your car Scotthall BMW Stanmore.

Finally, throughout the whole ordeal, they have refused to speak with me personally, or even acknowledge the chronic problems I have experience at the hands of their dealership. Amazingly, they do not answer your phone calls, faxes, or letters, yet claim to have acted correctly.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE . . . . EVER!!!!! They will rip you off. If anyone has used them, please contact me as I have good letters and resources you can use to address you concerns with these thieves.

This is a warning for anybody thinking about going to the following dealership. Dont! Scotthall BMW Stanmore are the most useless garage you will ever find.
