I asked how much an oil change was and they said $19.95, so I said fine, pulled into the bay where he proceeded to try and sell me other services which I wasn't interested in. I made it clear to him that I only wanted the oil change.
After serveral more attempts by the guy to sell me different services, I finally told him to open the bay door and let me out, I would get my oil change elsewhere, when he said ok, just the oil change for $19.95.
At check out the bill came to $22.67, so I assumed taxes were added, then after I paid I got my receipt. There was additional charges for Shop Supplies and Extra Oil, come on shop supplies and extra oil???
So much for the $19.95 oil charge.
