BNC Construction Aka Rober Wesley Dennis RIPOFF Artist BNC ruined my new house and left me holding a $45,000 repair bill! Longmont, Sparks Colorado, Sparks

BNC Construction was referred me by American Steel Structures of St. Joeseph, Missouri (see report on them) who supplied my metal buildings. BNC was contracted to put the skin on a custom metal building that was to be my new home. The job entailed steel window and door trim, a wainscoat and a standing seam steel roof. Mr. Dennis presented me with a very professional portfolio of building pictures showing the work his company had completed. He was present in a number of these pictures. He had letters from supposedly satisfied customers.

When I enquired about his experience installing standing seam steel roofing he showed me several building pictures with these installed. His price was reasonable and he was ready to start in two weeks so I hired him. Work began normally on the exterior and progressed nicely. After a few days I left town on a trip with my wife for a week. The day we returned the roof was on. To my horror he had attached the standing seam roof with screws every 24" from top to bottom instead of using the hidden clip system supplied with the roof. There should have never been a single exposed screw in this roof. It obvious Mr. Dennis did not know what he was doing.

Mr Dennis demnaded payment that day and walked off the job. When I tried to file a claim against his insurance it was a fraud. He had no insurance.

I have successfully sued BNC and Mr. Dennis in court and have a $45,0000 judgement against him. I will pay $1,000 to anyone who can locate Mr. Dennis and another $5,000 if I can successfully recover my judgement.

He also ripped off friends for a $78,000 cash deposit on the construction of a barn and riding arena. He did one days work and disapeared.
