 I received a bill for almost $600 for one month of service. Sewer was $104! I was told by a customer service agent they couldn't get a meter reader out in my location for the past 3 months. Really? I live in the city! Plus my last 3 bills have been the normal rate except last month which was $34 lower. Although one month my A/C was out of commission for several days and the summer hasn't been very warm. Then she started they had to repair equipment on my block, and everyone has been complaining about their bills in my neighborhood. This is blatant thievery. Even my optometrist complained the meter readers make more money than him. This company should be investigated. They can charge customers anything for any reason and we have no recourse. And that's what they do! I paid much less when I lived in the desert, and I live surrounded by the Great Lakes! Something is very wrong! Why haven't any attorneys checked into what they're doing and pressed a class action lawsuit. The BWL certainly has it coming! They're out right thieves, and everyone knows it!
