Boat Wrench Mark Hull Came in for Transmission work instead they were worried about the carborator longwood Florida

 My boyfriend took our 1980 mastercraft stars and stripes in for the transmission to be taken out and we would provide a transmission to be put in. They were like sure we can do that. So we take the boat in. We never got any calls from them, 4 days goes by we decide to call and see whats going on. They said they were busy but that we need a marine carborator. ( We had just bought the boat a month earlier and new some idiot put a car carborator in it. However thats not what we put it in for.) I said i'm well aware of the carborator but one thing at a time. First we needed the transmission taken out. They said ok. Then a few more days go by and never heard anything so again we called and they said well it's a safety issue we need the carborator done. Again I said thats not what it's in for. ( Now I know the mechanic side of things I am well aware of the carborator but the boat is not running and it needed transmission work first.) So they tell us we will see what we can do. At this time 2 weeks they have had the boat and nothing was done of what we asked cause they are so into the carborator. I called and found a very good place for the boat SouthWest Marine in Orlando. So I called Boat Wrench again and they again said well I am accually looking for a carborator I said the boat came in for transmission work he said well we have been busy. I said for 2 weeks. He said yes I said you mean to tell me you have been on the same boats that you were working on when I dropped the boat off. He said you can come pick up your boat. I said no problem. The next day I took it to another shop which is South West Marines they told me that the transmission needed a clutch pack and we were good to go. Less than a week it took South West Marine and Boat Wrench all they could worry about was the carborator. You lost my business Boat Wrench. They are crooks and liars and obessed with nothing of what you say.
