We had Flooring America of Frankfort (Rick Warmans) 20246 S Lagrange Road perform work at our home. They were referred to us by our Insurance company when we had a pipe burst and had to have new flooring installed. Robert Jabaay was the installer that was assigned to perform the work at our home, when completing the instalation of the floor at our home Robert Jabaay contacted me and ask if I can loan him $7000.00 and he would pay back with in 30days with intrest. He claimed he had a big job to perform and needed cash and he would pay us back. Trusting that he was reffered by Flooring America of Frankfort Illinois I decided to invest in his offer. I had him in writing do a promissory note and had it notorized. Well to say the leased we were scammed. We still have not received our money as of today.
