Bob Johnson Chevrolet They stole my GM Employee Discount Rochester New York

I purchased/Leased a 2008 vehicle, they did not have it on the lot, so when I first saw it the day of the signing, there was no window sticker on it and they said they would have to mail me one. They assured me the "vehicle price" listed on my contract was the GM EMPLOYEE DISOUNT PRICING. I had called GM Family first and obtained an auth & approval for the employee discount. The contract also listed my trade in, it clearly indicated I was getting a trade in credit for the amount owing to the bank (pay off amount) everything seemed in order, so I signed the contract.

3 weeks later I received the reissued window sticker, the window sticker indicated that not only had I not received the GM Employee Discount pricing, but that I was charger almost $40 over the sticker price (retail).

I contacted GM, they confirmed my discount had been authorized and approved and the dealership had been paid.

I went back into the dealership and insisted that the contract be re-written to reflect the GM employee discount price I was entitled to and they refused and said I had made a "side deal" verbally with them allowing them to "smudge" the numbers for the bank. I reiterated that I did no such thing or entered into any agreement other than the contract I signed. As far as there telling me and confirming the vehicle price reflected that difference, they said that was a "he said/she said issue" they were not going to address.

I have filed complaints with GM Chevrolet, Attorney Generals office, BBB and now I am awaiting some resolution. The amount in question is approximately $2400 in the form of an employee discount.

talk about a scam...
