It has come to my attention that my neighbor, Bob Hearn, is running a pornographic website called PlanetSteffy.com from his home in my neighborhood. I wanted to make this post on here to help alert other parents in the neighborhood to make sure that they don't unknowingly let their children play near this home. I respect the laws of our great country along with every adult's right to view adult materials in the privacy of their own home. I cannot, however, tolerate a pornographer running a sleazy business out of my neighborhood without benefit of disclosure and warning.

I have sent letters to all of the local churches, the local police department, Nicholas A Micozzie (our state representative), Joseph F. McGinn (our County Sheriff), G. Michael Green (our District Attorney), and my organization's attorney who has informed me that this pornographer, in addition to violating several local zoning laws, is committing a criminal offense in violation of Title 18, Chapter 15, 5903 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes.

If you live in Delaware County and want to stop pathetic pornographers from peddling s**t from our neighborhoods, please contact the American Family Association of Northwest Pennsylvania (afanwpa.org). It is an exceptional organization with a cause certainly worthy of our donations! I also commend this site for providing a sounding board for citizens to voice the concerns! This site is also representing a cause worthy of our donations!
