Bob Marks Astrology Told me something different than their paying customers Internet

The complaint was made, quite understandably so, because of huge ignorance in society about astrology. We can predict NOTHING with certainty - absolutely nothing. We are only ever giving EXAMPLES. of typical manifestation, based on astrological themes that are present at any given time - whether it is the day of birth or any day (or time) afterwards.

Astrologers will agree on the THEMES that are present, if asked, and they can be verified in standard text books or via checks on the net to a fair extent, but the interpretation of those themes can vary widely.

The complainant ought to have been aware that discussion groups on the internet are rarely comprised (completely) of people who are proficient in any given field - and that is definitely the case with all astrology forums where the general public ask questions. They are interacting with astrologers or astrology dabblers, students or hobbyists, and should not expect anything more than superficial replies - although often they do get great ones.

Unfortunately the complainant has misrepresented the facts repeatedly, mostly due to ignorance apparently, so that would would explain why the complaint was lodged.

S/he got it wrong in the following ways:

-- Thought astrologers could predict specific events.
-- Thought astrologers' answers would be the same or similar
-- Had no idea how forums work
-- Alleged fraud when no money changes hands
-- Thought astrologers told people what they wanted to hear (its the opposite usually). They get most repeat business from being RIGHT.
-- Alleged that the WHOLE group was against Obama, when it was not the case at all.

Notwithstanding the poor quality of the complaint, it is good we have the freedom in many countries to shine light on real or imagined problems via sites like this - and sometimes get satisfactory explanations.

Going back to the original questions of the complainant -- You were misled if you were told that certain things would happen, and it is quite preposterous for any astrologer to say someone will never find a great soulmate. That was both WRONG and also NOT astrology. It was an idiotic opinion.

It should be obvious from what I have written above, that  the complaintt has nothing to do with Astrologer, Bob Marks personally. As a member of his forum (the friendliest one I have seen in the last decade) I know he has appointed a very diligent moderator to deal with all problems that come to his attention. I do not really know him, but his actions have repeatedly shown that he does his job properly - as has been demonstrated by his response to this old complaint .

The original complainant would be quite welcome to return to the forum and have more things cleared up.

People are allowed to voice their opinions as you have shown in your rip-off report here, but the moderator(s) at Bob Marks disagrees with yours.  Apparently they have taken upon themselves to make a thread to bash you and yours as if this report was filed yesterday even though it's been years (2008).

 hello my name is tony, i have been a long time client of bob marks in nyc.  he has been invaluable to me as a astrologer.   the statement read complaint could be was not detailed enough to become conclusive as fraud. because if a astrologer makes a prediction he may be seeing your astrological chart, meaning your planetary set up. so he probably saw your planets in good aspect to your mental state. in regards to your wanting something to work to your favor ie you getting what you want. but remember if thee other party is not desirous of the same conclusion you get hurt!!! not saying to be mean. but people have to be on the same page as us. having studied this in my own life i have been in this predicament numerous times. wanting the other person and thee other person does not want it.   but the sub concious mind programming is in question i believe. we go after people we know that wont work out.  we attract not what we want but what we are. so if two  people come together its safe to assume its there state of mind and there concept of relationship and then it plays out.  astrology is a vehicle like the head lights on a car to see whats in front of us. but we have free choice to react to such planetary set ups. my one to one consuls with bob marks evaluations of romantic partners have been 100 percent accurate. ie weighing the pros and cons of aspects between yourself and the person in question.( davidson chart or composite relationship chart).   bob has always been right for me. i find thee complaint not detailed enough to ascertain where the problem lies. or it seems thee other person did not want you or persons? could this be possible in all respect?? is it possible that you sub conciously draw these conclusions or people to you not to work out?? there is many probabilities to consider. honesty is the first step and not blameing a astrologer who has a impeccable reputation in nyc as being a asset to many people he has helped over the years.  i will close in saying your horoscope for that time was probably good.   but you cannot control what people do in response to optimism on your part.   remember relationship is a 50/50 proposition. sounds like your 50 was pretty optimistic for your love life to work. but by your complaint the other person or persons were not into you. sad i know ive been through it:-) i empathize. anyhow did you have or you did not mention if bob looked at there horoscope to see the state they were in? also you may have to change your sub- concious mind.   because blameing people for not loving you isnt going to make things better for you.   anyhow i wish you well and love and tremendous fortune.     but bob marks has always been 100 accurate for me and all my fellow astrological friends that see him   thanks  and much respect,   tony  new york city.
