BoB Morris Auto is a rip off expert both Corey and Scott continue to play the role of good cop bad cop, I brought a Volvo and four days later the car jerked in to traffic while at a complete stop. Called them and reported the issue, I was given a loaner car that reacted the same way jerking while at a stop. The issue with the Volvo was the transmission was completely shot; I put $5000 cash down payment 2/2008, I have however filed a lawsuit.
I had to pay for taxi cabs, car rentals for over four months until I saved enough money to purchase another car. Always get a BBB report and car fax report before purchasing any used car. Never trust nor take anyone for there spoken word get it in writing. If this should happend to you, always follow up with both a Better Business report and call an Attorney.

While Carfax is a good tool, and I would definitely want to obtain a copy before purchasing a used vehicle, it will only tell you the reported damage to the vehicle. A vehicle can have damage, and repaired damage without it ever appearing on a Carfax report. Most customers seem to believe if the car has been wrecked a Carfax will tell you or the dealership has to notify you. Not true in either case. You must be your own best advocate when purchasing a used vehicle. Get it inspected by a garage or purchase the extended coverage offered.
