I went to Rhorman Lima Coliseum Auto looking to purchase a nice used vehicle. I knew i'd need special financing due to just filing bankruptcy and didn't think i'd get approved. I walked in and met a car dealer, advised him i needed to talk to someone that dealt with special financing.  He advised me that he did that. (Lie #1). I was looking specifically for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The car dealer took me around and showed me some vehicles. To my surprise they got me approved.

We agreed on a price for the vehicle to get the payments where I wanted them and I signed the paper to agree to the price. They sent me home in the vehicle that night. They wanted a large down payment for which i had saved up for and advised them i could bring it on Friday. Around Friday I had gotten approved through a local bank. I went back to the dealership and advised them that I had gotten approved through my own bank and no longer needed their special financing and to my surprise got approved for more money to spend.

I told them that I wanted to look at a more expensive vehicle that was newer with less miles. I was then taken into the "store manager's" office  where he proceeded to yell at me at the top of his lungs, and threaten to take me to court because I had "purchased the jeep" i was currently driving.  I told them that I had never made the down payment yet and that i only agreed on the price. He told me that they had gotten me approved and that i legally owned the jeep now and he wanted the title to my vehicle. I told him i wanted my vehicle back and I would not be doing business with them. He stated he had a signed agreement, would NOT give me a my truck back and that i now owned the jeep.

He continued to yell at me and threaten to take me to court. I ended up having to purchase the Jeep even though I wanted a newer one. So now I'm stuck with this truck because they wouldn't even let me consider a different vehicle These people are rediculous.. I would NEVER wish anyone to purchase or deal with these people agian. STAY AWAY from these people! They RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!!! Don't sign a thing!!! dont' even agree on a price that night!
