My concern is generated by first hand knowledge of what I believe to be unethical business practices-not unlawful, bur just plain wrong.
This shop charges $95.00 per hour for even the most minor repair. "Package Specials" are even more. Parts are marked up at 260%.
There is an 8% "shop supply" charge added to every repair job with only an inconspicuous sign explaining this. Normally, a customer is faced with this surprise when paying for the repair.
There are many reputable repair facilities that charge a fair price for their services. Unfortunately, Terrio Automotive just adds to the stereotype of the few rip-off artists in this business.

The report filed here is a report from an employee who was terminated from our company two day's before he generated the report.
Terrio Automotive is one of a very few Automotive Repair Facilities in Utah that are Certified by AAA and ASE BLUE SEAL.
We are proud of our company and our reputation.
