Bob Wilson Dodge Ripped off more ways than one Tampa Florida

My husband and I went to Bob Wilson Dodge on Florida Ave in April of this year. We traded in my Jeep Liberty and purchased a Jeep Patriot. When we entered into this contract with Bob Wilson Dodge, they promised to pay off my Jeep Liberty which at that time was 4400.00 to Drive Time. I also gave them a check for 5000.00 as a down payment for the Jeep Patriot which was cashed the next week. I began to suspect something was wrong when I kept getting phone calls from Drive Time asking me for my payment. I called Bob Wilson Dodge and they told me that they would get this taken care of, which I suppose they did by filing chapter 11.

Since this time, my Jeep Liberty is still technically in my name and the tag that is currently on my Jeep Patriot is still registered to the Liberty. I've made 3 payments and will continue to make payments on the Liberty which is somewhere on their parking lot as I don't want this as a bad rating on my credit and I'm making payments on the Patriot.

I contacted the home office for Chrylers, but since this is an "Independent dealer" they have nothing they can offer me, except and attidude from the customer service reps I spoke with. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told that I would get the same response from them so why bother. Why bother indeed.

I've spoken with an attorney, but the one I spoke with does not call back and is apparently not interested in helping me. I've filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, but they only way they will help is if it is NOT in litigation, which apparently this is.
