Bobby Allen Pools/Pools By U started the project off well and made good progress until time to plaster the pool. After a long delay, even though they knew finishing on time was important, the plaster company finally arrived and I had to write them a check because the pool company owed them money, should have been the sign to send them packing. They plastered the pool, in the wrong color!

Once the pool was plastered, Bobby Allen was only back twice to promise everything would be finished, it wasn't. Now more than two months later: pool lights still do not work; special, extra cost UV/Oxidation system was not installed; remote system does not work; plumbing lines not covered in pool equipment area; construction debris not removed; damaged to irrigation lines not repaired; and asphalt drive damaged and not repaired.
