Bobby Allison Wireless - Cingular Ripoff, Dishonest, Fradulent Oviedo Florida

We purchased a Cingular wireless plan through Bobby Allison Wireless (vendor) on 8-23-05. We got 3 LG phones @ $30.00 each, and 3 FREE promo items per phone. We were told that the plan we purchased included free text messaging and free AOL IM. Found out that this was incorrect it was additional fees each time we used.

Four days after purchasing our LG phone the antenna fell off. We went to the store to try to get it fixed and they were to busy to help us, told us to leave our phone number and they would call us. Never recd call. We tried to call the store several times over the next week and they would never answer the phone.

Went into store again, 1 week after the first time we went. Was told the same thing, too busy come back or leave your number and we will call you. So now two weeks have passed and no resolve. In the mean time we kept having dropped calls, no service etc from Cingular.

We went back to the store on 9-22-05 (within our 30 day cancellation period) and told them we wanted to cancel service. They told us that we would have to pay an additional $50.00 for the phone since it was missing an antenna, and pay $25.00 for the cheap plastic phone case that had a rip in it. Mind you the phone was $30.00 (we now have $80.00 invested in it and they kept the phone) and the case was free (but we had to pay $25.00 for it).

We paid all of their fees with duress, because this was the only way they would cancel plan. They gave us a reciept saying it was cancelled. Called Cingular to verify that the cancel went through and was told that the vendor never did it. They tried to screw us so that we would have to pay early cancellation fees.

Now we are still trying to get the service cancelled. Went into store again trying to get them to cancel it under Cingulars advice, they said that they are not going to do it and asked us to leave the store. We kept asking for customer service and they said we had to leave and would never help. DONT GO HERE>
