If you lived a very nice life and you want to experience to how nightmare feels like before you die, please contact Bobby Corgan.  He is not supposed to be in a construction business.  He bought 4 lots in Rowlett dirt cheap from home owner association in a very old subdivisions on the lake.  He repeats over and over again, that he is in business for 40 years.  He will give you the impression that he is a builder for a long time.  He will say he build a 4-million dollar home in University Park.  He had never been a home builder.  He worked as superintended for 2-3 builders and other odd jobs in construction, but never a builder.  From the start, lying and overlooking obvious and stupid mistakes, made my future home a disaster and nightmare experience.  He will act as a nice guy but please be AWARE !! I will post a picture of one of the hundreds of photos that I have for about 25-30 big and small mistakes that should be avoided if the builder had enough knowledge in a home building construction.   GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
