Alfred Louis "Bobby" Vassallo, operated a scam telecommunications company out of La Jolla. The company name was Presto Communications. Bobby defrauded me and hundreds of other investors out of millions of dollars in total. He has since spent one year in prison after confessing to wire fraud. 15 years later and no money has been sent back to the defrauded investors. Now Bobby is up to his old scams and lies again, this time in Texas. Bobby Vassallo is a dangerous and deceitful human being. Anything that comes out of his mouth is a lie or a hustle. Be warned, do not talk to this scum bag and definitely do not invest a single penny with him. He is a very bad man and someday he’ll get what he deserves.
