made an appointment to install my car stereo with the owner whos name is bobby for 11 am the next day. he required a down payment to hold my slot so i gave hime $60. i arrived the next day on time as we agreed upon. an employee stated, h'ell be here soon. we(me and my gf) waited for 30 minutes.no show. i asked for him to call me when he gets there. we retnturned 30 min later and h'es still not there. bobby finally shows up..2hours later. i asked to return my money and he belligerently said no refunds at all. he kept promising me he can finish the job in 2 hours. they started at 130..i didnt leave till 730pm. the console is scratched. the system was properly installed, theres a short in the system, kept me there longer than promised. and still chraged me full price..with no atempt to compensate.. they accpet cash only
