bob's furniture goof proof protection plan goof proof protection is a fraud!!! Internet

i bought a sofa set with coffee table, 2 side tables and 2 lamps.the lady at bob's advised us
to get the goof proof 5 year warranty so we don't need to worry about the stains or breakage problem.
my lamp just recently broke and i called the bob's. they confirmed that the lamp is under
the warranty under the goof proof plan. she transferred the call to the goof proof and i
waited...and waited...and waited...until i spoke with the customer service agent to tell me
that the lamp is not covered???? she said that they cannot do anything because it's not covered.
I still have my receipt with me and it is clearly stated that the lamp is covered under goof proof!!!
is there someone who can help me with this? the lady lied because it's goof proof plan
caused me a lot of trouble for this!!!
