Bob's Outlets Fashion Warehouse North Face jacket, no phone contact-disconnected, no refunds, awful customer service through email, unathentic Internet

I bought 2 unathentic North Face jackets. They don't provide a phone number to contact on the website but they did on an email. I had bought one for my dad and it came in too small so I exchanged it for another one. I get that one in the mail and one of the pockets are sown in so it's like just having 1 pocket.

 I was very upset because at this point I had realized they were not authentic. I contacted them about this problem and they said they would send naother. It's been 2 months and I have received anything nor heard from them. I would like a refund back for this. It is a very upsetting situation. DO NOT ever purchase anything from this place!
