DO NOT BUY FROM BOB'S

Purchased Denali North Face Jacket, website claimed to be authorized dealer- jacket received was clearly fake. Zipper was broken and tags were missing from inside the jacket.

When we compared to real North Face- clearly a knock off.

Very shady/unprofessional "customer service" - when I told him the jacket was clearly a counterfeit- he said "well now I know" and answered another call from his cell phone.

When I asked for refund, I received an email from "Jamie at Customer Service" apologizing and they would be sending me another jacket...and instructed me to "throw the old one away"...if this was a REAL North Face Jacket...why would they be so quick to have me toss it????

DO NOT BUY FROM BOB'S!!!
