Bobsoutlets.com Fake/ Counterfeit Goods; The North Face Men's Denali Jacket New Jersey

I purchased a Men's The North Face Denali Fleece Jacket from Bobsoutlets.com & it was a fake. No care instructions inside the jacket, cheap fleece material, photocopied TNF label. 

I could tell immediately, because I own several TNF products. I followed advice from TNF website, which tells the customer not to return the jacket (may need as proof of counterfeit product) & to dispute the charge with your credit card company.

I am still awaiting a resolution from the website, but have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I have called the company & emailed numerous times & was told that I could not get a refund if I had disputed the charge with my credit card company. Thankfully my credit card company are helping me to challenge this company, but so far bobsoutlets.com customer service has been unreliable. They do not pickup when called, it takes many days before an email response - it is clearly not a reputable company with the absence of basic customer communication.

My advice, don't buy. Products are clearly counterfeit goods, which explains the low prices!
