It was impossible to contact Boca Java by phone or online to stop automatic shipments of coffee - I was forced to cancel my credit card to stop my coffee conisseur club shipments. When you log into your Boca Java account there is no way to cancel your automatic shipments. There is no customer service phone number listed for you to call, only an e-mail address and Boca Java states that you cannot cancel your account by e-mail. I finally cancelled my credit card to stop the shipments. I got the company's phone number from the credit card statement and told them that I was returning the last un-open shipment of coffee. They agreed to credit me $25 for the full cost of the last shipment that was returned. You can issue credits to a cancelled credit card. However, my credit card statement was credited for only $8.25. When questioned why I was not credited $25 they told me that the balance would be credited to my Boca Java account for future coffee purchases. Unlikely that I would ever do business with them again. The coffee was average tasting at best.

Where were you looking? I went to the web sight, found the number right away. Look at the bottom under CONTACT US it is also in the terms of service. Did you bother to read it? It does say in there about the credit to your account. READ it .
