BODvertize; Jason Magoon; reobike Failed to pay for promo/modeling services Internet

I responded to a Phoenix-area CL advertisement from www.bodvertize.com seeking promo models for a Southern Comfort ad campaign on 10-6-2012.  Jason Magoon, who I believe is the owner/manager, responded and after a series of e-mails, hired me for a specific event held in downtown Scottsdale at El Hefe on 10-17-2012 (three hours from 10 pm to 1 am for $100).  I did everything that was requested and everyone had a good time.  We took lots of photos and those photos were supplied to him on 10-19-2012.   The Southern Comfort rep, Courtney, thought I was great.  Afterwards, I requested payment numerous times and he never sent the check I was promised.
